A freezing rain warning is in effect for Sunday night in Cumberland County and the northern part of Colchester County, says Environment Canada.
According to the weather service, freezing rain is likely for this area, with snow accumulating in the north and rain in the south.
The freezing rain is expected to last from four to eight hours, beginning late Sunday and continuing until Monday morning.
Environment Canada said the weather may contribute to delays in travel, and urged drivers to use caution on the roads.
