A 71-year-old man from Lower Truro, N.S., is dead after a crash in Hants County on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency crews responded to a report of a collision involving a motorcycle and car at about 2:05 p.m. on Highway 215 in South Maitland, about 25 kilometres southwest of Truro, according to an RCMP news release Monday.
The driver and sole occupant of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.
The two occupants of the car, both from Truro, did not report any injuries.
